The Wine Edit is my weekly note on wine, taste and place - a space for bottles with character, regions worth understanding, thoughtful pairings and the occasional address worth lingering in.

Here, wine is not treated as something intimidating or distant. It is atmosphere, memory, texture and conversation. Each edit is written to help you understand wine more beautifully: what to drink, why it matters, where it comes from and how it feels in the glass.
